"I support Laïta's digital transformation across four markets: consumer products, dairy ingredients, health nutrition and young mammal feeds.

For me, this means identifying needs and co-constructing solutions with Laïta employees that meet their expectations. With massification of data, online storage capacity (cloud), collaborative tools, etc. we can think differently about customer relationships, the daily lives of employees and teams and the valorisation of big data, etc. The digital transformation means we have to rethink the services we can add onto our core market to evolve our business models. Together with the Celtilait sales team, we set up collaborative workshops to formalise the typical run-through of a remote meeting with prospective buyers. We used the same participatory method with Laïta Nutrition to identify and qualify useful canvassing data for the team. This will lead to a canvassing file and common tools to enhance it.
