Our aim for 2030 is for 5% of Laïta’s overall revenue to be generated by products developed within the previous three years.
Innovation is a mindset
Innovation goes way beyond the development of new products; it permeates all of Laïta’s operations.
We have set up tools and methods with which to structure our strategy: Défi Inno for generating ideas, Lab Inno for developing the chosen ideas and experimenting with concepts, and ‘l'entonnoir l’innovation’ (innovation funnel), a visualisation tool for sharing the progress of projects by sector.
These collaborative tools have produced some concrete developments: in 2021, two concepts were developed by the Epi Ingredients teams, So Yo'mmy and So Candy.

Dialogue with stakeholders
Dialogue with our stakeholders is an integral part of our Passion du Lait® strategy; a strategy that involves listening to their expectations and developing commitments jointly.
We didn’t wait for local traceability to come into fashion before we made our production 100% Breton.
Contributing to the regional economy
Our milk collection, processing and enhancement activities contribute to the development of the social and economic development of the Great West region of France. Contributing to local employment and investment is a founding principle of our raison d’être.

Cooperation between the teams at our three member cooperatives is part of our shared agenda; cooperation that’s embedded in our governance and in our Passion du Lait® commitments.
