Innovation for performance
Our aim for 2030 is for 5% of Laïta’s overall revenue to be generated by products developed within the previous three years.
Innovation is a mindset
Innovation goes way beyond the development of new products; it permeates all of Laïta’s operations.
We have set up tools and methods with which to structure our strategy: Défi Inno for generating ideas, Lab Inno for developing the chosen ideas and experimenting with concepts, and ‘l'entonnoir l’innovation’ (innovation funnel), a visualisation tool for sharing the progress of projects by sector.
These collaborative tools have produced some concrete developments: in 2021, two concepts were developed by the Epi Ingredients teams, So Yo'mmy and So Candy.
