"I joined Laïta a year ago as Head of Team in Tour 3 at Créhen, after working both for an agri-food hygiene services company and in a hospital environment. My team is responsible for cleaning and disinfection at regular intervals in line with specific protocols and specifications. Requirements are especially strict in the infant sector. For me, being a good team leader means listening to my colleagues, being there with them as they work, helping them develop and improving their working conditions to ensure we get excellent hygiene results in all circumstances. I like being in charge. I also appreciate being in constant contact with the heads of production, maintenance, packaging and prevention, and with suppliers, so we can evolve together in accordance with the objectives we set ourselves."
