The launch of the Paysan Breton range has gradually been taking shape at grassroots level in the ultra-fresh production area. A challenging project driven by the commitment and flexibility of the teams. Interview with Stéphanie, Head of the ultra-fresh division at Ploudaniel (29).
A collective commitment to the brand
Working in secrecy, learning new techniques, adapting equipment and practices; for almost two years the teams have been working on an industrial challenge alongside their daily work in the production area.
In spite of constraints and uncertainties, the efforts of all those involved have allowed the project to move forward step by step. A shared commitment that was rewarded with a collective sense of achievement when the first tubs were presented at the official launch of the Paysan Breton ultra-fresh range.
Above all, this project has involved a great deal of commitment, genuine openness...and collective pride.
