Open innovation
Open innovation allows us to open up to the world, explore new horizons and create solutions that are more effective and more responsible, alongside our partners.
Innovation, a bold approach
Laïta engages in open innovation to connect with new talent, exchange ideas and accelerate the development of new solutions. By embracing external input, we encourage productive dialogue and a variety of viewpoints. By forming partnerships and working with start-ups and schools, we can build on our expertise, try out new ideas and help promote the growth of our projects. Open innovation is an extraordinary opportunity to co-construct a more sustainable and more enterprising future.
Even’Up: a springboard for innovation
Even’Up is a call for innovatory projects from start-ups in the agri-tech and agri-food sectors, an initiative that Even has been holding since 2018. Even’Up is organised in partnership with Le Village by CA Finistère, Valorial and, since 2025, Supernova Invest, a specialist in investment in disruptive innovation. The aim of Even’Up is to support the emergence of practical solutions towards the environmental, technological and societal transitions in our sectors.
The scheme is a real catalyst for start-ups. The winners receive a €20,000 grant, mentoring from Even group experts and the opportunity to test their solutions in the field as part of our business operations - upstream agriculture, milk and dairy products, distribution of foodstuffs and diversification.
