Commitment
One process for everyone, covering induction, integration and training.
The onboarding process for new employees marks the beginning of a rewarding career. At Laïta we have a standard, coordinated procedure to make all newcomers feel they are welcome and esteemed, and are supported through their first few days to promote successful transition into the role and the skills development process.
A high-stakes initiative
The purpose of the AIF programme is to:
- Streamline the onboarding and integration of new arrivals;
- Support on-the-job training to promote independence;
- Encourage skills development and internal mobility.
This helps to transfer and preserve the expertise which is Laïta’s strength.
A procedure with 4 key stages
Established as part of the AIF programme, the integration procedure is based on four essential steps:
- Preparation for onboarding: planning ahead to ensure a better start.
- Welcome on the first day: ensuring consistency and clarity in the messages conveyed.
- Induction day: discovering Laïta, its roles and its values.
- Monitoring on-the-job and skills training: organising and supporting skills development. This procedure is part of the overall continuous development policy and reflects our commitment to strengthening job-specific training for all our teams.
Special tools are in place to maximise the effectiveness of each stage in the process.
