Our GHG emission reduction targets validated !
The targets we set for reducing our greenhouse gas emissions have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) since 30 September 2024.
The SBTi is a US organisation whose work is based on science. They have determined that our reduction targets and means of achieving them are compatible with a collective strategy that will limit the global temperature rise to 1.5°C by 2100 compared to the pre-industrial era, in accordance with the 2015 Paris Agreements. This constitutes official recognition of Laïta’s involvement in combating global warming and commits us to putting our plan of action into operation.
